Before You Submit an Event

Submit Public Information Only

All submissions will be shared publicly on the calendar and on third-party platforms.

Double-Check Your Details

Please review all information carefully before submitting the form.

How are events reviewed?

Entries are reviewed for relevance and audience fit, and approved events are added without notification.

The hope is that all events listed on the calendar are relevant and promote engagement and value for costume and fantasy enthusiasts.

How can I edit my event?

For small changes, email events@fantastigal.com and allow 72 hours for updates.

For significant updates or to add information, simply resubmit the event form and the original listing will be replaced.

What if my event is already listed on the calendar?

Through journalistic efforts, events are added to The Fantasy Calendar.

If your event appears on the calendar and you would like to make updates, please resubmit the details using the event form.

The original event listing will be replaced with your new submission.
